Here is a recycling line from A to Z!

On the one hand, we separate the grinding sludge and the emulsion in order to regenerate the lubricating fluid; on the other hand, we compact the grinding sludge in order to recycle it in the best possible way in the foundry.

A few years ago, we supplied a grinding sludge compacting line that was quickly made profitable by our customer. Then, at the end of last year, we tackled the sludge filtration process of the production line which was no longer satisfactory.    

We therefore renewed the separation plant between the sludge and the emulsion. A complex project with an impressive quantity of pollutants in the fluid since we recover 150 kg/h of sludge via the compactor!
