We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative (M/F). You will be the company's sole internal sales representative, responsible for customer relations in this core business area.
Very little prospecting is required: our customers are already loyal, and your key mission will be to support and advise them and maintain their trust.
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Technical and Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
Customer relations & sales management
Receiving and processing customer requests (email, phone, counter).
Developing accurate and tailored sales offers.
Ensuring comprehensive follow-up on files: supplier purchases, cost and deadline control, shipping, customer satisfaction.
Updating and monitoring sales tables.
Participating in purchase price negotiations and providing support to the purchasing department.
Technical support & solutions
Seeking alternative solutions to respond to customers' technical issues.
Demonstrating imagination and resourcefulness to propose “tailor-made” solutions when necessary.
Reporting relevant information to the sales representatives.
Internal management
Establish spare parts price lists with business managers and the design office.
Ensure stock consistency to guarantee sales.
Participate in identifying new areas for development (one-off assignment).
Required profile
You are dynamic, rigorous, versatile, and above all, autonomous.
Initial experience in the mechanical/hydraulic or agri-food industry is a real asset.
You are comfortable with:
Customer advice and technical sales.
Priority management and problem solving, sometimes in urgent situations.
Negotiating with a variety of contacts.
IT tools, including Excel, Word, and an ERP (CEGID PMI used internally).
Education
Two to five years of higher education in sales or technical sales (such as BTS TC, MCO, NDRC, BUT TC, professional licenses, business or engineering schools, etc.).
Comprehensive internal training will be provided upon your arrival.
There will be no handover, so it is important to be able to hit the ground running and work independently.

Permanent contract – Full-time (36 hours/week)
