Business Development Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop our business, support our customers, and manage our technical projects.

Your responsibilities
Working directly with the Technical and Sales Director, you will play a key role in business development and project success:

Business development and customer relations
Manage and retain an existing customer portfolio.

Identify new opportunities and seek out future partners.

Understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.

Negotiate offers and contracts in accordance with commercial policy.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Project management
Supervise assigned projects, from the definition of needs to delivery.

Coordinate internal/external teams (design office, sales administration, production, etc.).

Monitor progress, organize steering meetings, and ensure deadlines and quality are met.

Record and track orders with sales administration.

Analysis & reporting
Prepare activity reports for management.

Monitor indicators, analyze results, and suggest areas for improvement.

Actively contribute to the company's commercial strategy.

Your profile
Education & experience
Degree in business, management, or a related technical field.

Proven experience in business management or account management, ideally in an industrial environment.

Technical skills
Good knowledge of mechanics and fluid technologies (water/oil).

Proficiency in IT tools and project management software.

Ability to define, understand, and defend technical and commercial solutions.

Personal qualities
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Autonomy, organization, initiative.

Ability to solve complex problems and work across departments.

Commitment to company values.

Working conditions & benefits
Salary based on experience: €36k to €54k.

Company car.

50% of company health insurance covered.

Profit sharing.

Metalworking collective agreement – Daily flat rate.

Regular hours with adjustments for client appointments.

Mainly indoor work.

Occasional travel in France and abroad.
