Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will work in collaboration with the Design Office Manager and the Production Manager.
Your tasks:
Develop existing and future equipment for SFH's activities, i.e. metal recycling equipment (shredders, presses, centrifuges, chemical washing machines, chip extraction systems, sorting systems).
Participate in chip processing projects to develop 3D and manufacturing plans.
Mainly mechanical development
Knowledge of electricity and automation
Knowledge of dimensioning, mechanical calculations and finite element calculations
No programming
Creating assembly ranges for the workshop
You must be able to use SolidWorks.
Profile required:
Student at engineering school in mechanical engineering
Technical design skills, use of CAD software and mechanical calculations
Knowledge of practical mechanics appreciated
Creative, resourceful and able to make proposals
Ability to analyse and summarise
Ability to work as part of a team
Self-motivated
This position is available from September 2024 and could lead to a permanent contract.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-12:00/13:30-17:00 and Friday 08:00-12:00/13:30-15:30.
A workstation with appropriate software (SolidWorks, World, Excel, etc.) will be provided.
Remuneration based on the work-linked training scale.
